The employees of "France-evening" once again voted yesterday the continuation of the strike. The Committee of the journal is now poised to file an appeal in annulment of the decision of the tribunal de commerce de Lille to the Court of appeal of Douai, which, on April 12, has designated the developer Jean-Pierre Brunois and the former journalist of antenna 2 Olivier Rey as purchasers of "France-evening". However, this would be not precedent. Since last Saturday, Jean-Pierre Brunois and Olivier Rey, who brought together, in a ratio of 80 / 20, 700,000 euros to buy the newspaper founded by Pierre Lazareff, are officially the owners of the title. But, for now, they have failed, far from it, to the son of a dialogue with the employees of the newspaper, hostile to their arrival. Whereas, since a week, "France-evening" is absent from newsstands, Jean-Pierre Brunois played yesterday internal divisions by appealing to "ask non-gréviste staff to reappear the journal". Statement which immediately strengthened the determination of the striking employees, which represent the vast majority of the staff, to continue their movement. "This throws oil on fire." "Brunois attempts to play on divisions between employees and unions," says a journalist who pointed out that, in response, the continuation of the strike today has passed.
But the new shareholder of "France-evening" seems determined to implement his plan. Since the beginning of the week, the meetings multiply with court administrators to define the criteria that will inform 61 planned post deletions. In their project, Jean-Pierre Brunois and Olivier Rey plan to keep that 51 employees on 112, to a popular newspaper focused on the facts, sport and news people.

Policy interventions
Already challenged by employees, this editorial gave rise, yesterday, to barely veiled threats of the Minister of Culture and Communication, Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres. Recalling that each year since 2002, the State provides 2 million in the journal "to allow him to live political pluralism", the latter, interviewed on France Info indeed warned: If "France-evening" remains "a daily information policy, it will be entitled to the support of the State". On the other hand, is it "takes another destination, a different philosophy, will not be entitled to aid linked to political pluralism."
Other voices could be heard yesterday to call for government intervention. Thus, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the PS member of the Val - d'Oise, urged Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres to take "strong and immediate" measures to "revive"France night"". While the General Secretary of the national Union of journalists (SNJ) CGT, Michel Diard, alleged in an open letter to President Jacques Chirac "the silence" and "stagnation" of the Government in this folder.
In the midst of this turmoil, the creditors of the newspaper began, too, criticize the choice of the tribunal de commerce de Lille, who accepted the assignment plan tandem Brunois-Rey, a solution which does not provide for recovery of liabilities. While the newspaper's was at about EUR 15 million, some of them consider to bring the case in the judicial field, according to "Le Parisien" of yesterday.
